While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, factors such as screen settings, lighting, and the handmade process may result in minor differences from the photos shown. These variations are not considered defects but a reflection of the craftsmanship behind each piece.

Unboxing Video Required: To process any claim related to quality, finishing, damage, or defects, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is required.
Ceramics: We do not offer refunds on ceramic orders. However, if an item arrives broken or damaged, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.
Claims: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs/videos and the unboxing video. -
